What sparked your passion for Infinite Banking?

Initially what really excited me about Infinite Banking was the ability to obtain greater control of my family and business finances in terms of cash flow, tax free capital growth and recapturing interest that was being directed away from me towards financial institutions. Knowing that my family will be well taken care of in the eventuality that I am no longer present also provides a peace of mind which I did not prior to implementing the concept. Having experienced the benefits both corporately and personally, I found a deep rooted desire to share this information with as many people as possible.

Can you share a transformative experience from your advising career?

The biggest transformative experience for me, going from an Engineering background to a Financial Security Advisor, is receiving the thanks and appreciation from my clients after bringing them through the process of implementing the Infinite Banking Concept. Throughout my career in Engineering I always strived to keep customer satisfaction as a top priority, which allowed me to build strong business relationships over the years. This is now completely on another level, because in my current role, I can have a direct positive impact on the lives of all my clients.

What hobbies or passions enrich your life outside of work?

Although I have been playing golf since my teenage years, and still enjoy it today as much as I did when I was younger, I have developed over the years a strong desire to help those that are less fortunate in our community. For the past 18 years I have held the position of President for a local Food Bank. My role also allows me to actively participate in fundraising activities throughout the year and networking with similar organizations. I am also quite involved in my local church as an active member and also providing spiritual support/encouragement to men that are experiencing difficult times. 

Who has been the most influential in shaping your financial philosophy?

I would have to say that R. Nelson Nash has had the most profound impact on my understanding of how fiances really work. His teachings and best selling book, Becoming Your Own Banker, has opened my eyes to the actual operation of today's financial system and all the “noise” that comes with it. Nelson’s book has pulled back the curtain and exposed what has been going on behind the scenes. Knowing now what was hidden has allowed me to line myself up to maximize the control of my family’s financial future.

What three career milestones have been most impactful for you?

What qualities do you appreciate in a client, and how do these enhance your work together? 

The qualities that I appreciate the most in clients are transparency, as obtaining honest and complete information allows me to prepare a complete solution that meets the true needs.

Client responsiveness is also a quality that is important, giving feedback throughout the process. Finally, a client having a long-term perspective allows providing solutions that are not only good for the current generation but also for future generations.
